  • Pamela was a guest speaker at the 27th Annual Seminar of the Network of Women in Computer Technology, "Leadership and IT Trends", March 29, 2008. Her presentation "What Business Leaders Need to Know About Diversity, Conflict and Work Environment" featured the importance of emotional intelligence in leadership.

  • Pamela presented a workshop on Leading Diverse Teams, May 2, at the 2007 Summit on Leading Diversity in Atlanta, GA.  She was also on the faculty of the Summit as a Learning Team Leader.

  • As guest speaker at the Greater Valley Forge Human Resources Association in March 20, 2007 Pamela spoke on Leading Effective Virtual Teams.
